You may contact Medco at (800) 378-7040 or you may dial the Customer Service number located on the back of your member ID card.
Utilization Management
Utilization Management staff are available to answer utilization management questions by phone Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm by calling the preauthorization lines above or by calling the Customer Service number on the back of the Member ID card Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
Utilization Management may also be reached by fax 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the above preauthorization fax lines.
